• CATEGORY A- for those born from 2016 to 2019

Program: free choice
Duration: max. 8 minutes

▪︎ CATEGORY B-for those born from 2012- to 2015

Program: free choice
Duration: max 12 minutes

• CATEGORY C- for those born in 2008 to 2011

Program: free choice
Duration: max 15 min

• CATEGORY D-for those born in 2001-2007

Program: free choice
Duration: max 20 minutes
